Note: Registration only becomes official on the date that the registration fee is paid in full (at least 14 days after).
After you finish the registration process, we will send you the payment instructions, that you need to complete registration, by e-mail.
YOUR STARTER PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Official Entry in the Race Around Austria
- GPS Tracker (must be returned at end of race)
- Route Book, 2 copies, black and white (German language with translation list)
- Miscellaneous Race Around Austria merchandise
- All necessary stickers for the Pace Car, the support vehicles, the bike and the helmet. Reflecting stickers for the bike are availible for free at the Race Office.
- Alle für das Rennen benötigten Aufkleber (Pace Car und Begleitautos, Rückstrahlaufkleber für die Räder, Startnummern).
- Race Around Austria T-Shirt (for all cyclists)
- Finisher Trophy (for all race finishers)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
After registering for the Race Around Austria (which includes filling out the registration form AND paying the registration fee), each cyclist or team (represented by a team member) will officially be entered in the race. Please note that your personal data will be stored electronically in accordance with the DSGVO (General Data Protection Regulation GDPR).
ATTENTION: The registration fee is non-refundable, unless Race Headquarters does not accept your registration. An official entry for the race can only be used for this year´s race, not for a future race. All official entries are non-transferable. The purchase of cancellation insurance (travel insurance) is the sole responsibility of each cyclist/team and is highly recommended!
Note for teams: Until the day before the race, a team is allowed to change a cyclist. Team names can be changed to July 1st.
If, due to flooding, inclement weather, cold weather, snow, the authorities forcing us to cancel the race, or any other circumstances beyond our control, the race does not take place, is canceled after it has already begun, or is shortened, race participants have no right to a refund of the registration fee or any other damages, such as costs for travel and lodging.
In order to participate in the race, all participants must accept these Terms and Conditions of Participation, must be familiar with the Race Rules, and must sign and turn in the Participant Release of Liability Form.

Race Management reserves the right to ban anyone from participating in the race.
