Note: Registration only becomes official on the date that the registration fee is paid in full (at least 14 days after). After you finish the registration process, we will email you the payment instructions that you need to complete registration.
YOUR STARTER PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Official entry in the Race Around Austria
- GPS tracker (must be returned at the end of the race)
- Routebook, 2 copies, black and white (German language, with translation list)
- Changing rooms, shower, sleeping and resting facilities (gym)
- Starterpackage with Race Around Austria merchandise
- All necessary stickers for the pace car, the support vehicles, the bike and the helmet. Reflecting stickers for the bike are available for free at the technical inspection.
- Race Around Austria T-Shirt (for all cyclists)
- Finisher trophy (for all finishers of the race)
- The box for the depot of the UNSUPPORTED CHALLENGE (IKEA PAPPIS, size: 25x35x26cm)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
After registering for the Race Around Austria CHALLENGE (registration via the registration form AND payment of the registration fee), each athlete or team (represented by the contact person of the team) acquires a starting place for the respective competition. (Note according to DSGVO: Your data will be stored automatically and processed in the legitimate interest of the organizer)
ATTENTION: The registration fee is non-refundable, unless Race Headquarters does not accept your registration. There is no transfer of the starting place to the next year or to another person or event. A participant cancellation insurance (travel insurance) is the responsibility of the respective starter/team and is strongly recommended!
NOTE FOR TEAMS: In case of cancellation of a single team participant, a replacement participant can be registered up to the day before the start of the race. The team name can be changed until July 1st of the year.
In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure (flood, storm, cold, snow, official requirements, legal regulations, impossibility to carry out the race, etc.), non-participation, cancellation or shortening of the race for reasons beyond the control of the organizer, the participant has no right to a refund of the registration fee and no right to compensation for other damages, such as travel or accommodation costs.
An obligatory condition for participation is the acceptance of the conditions of participation, the regulations and the submission of the declaration of indemnity signed by the athlete(s) and all coaches at the race office.

Race Management reserves the right to ban anyone from participating in the race.

COVID-19 special provisions
If the event is canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions, the entry fee will be 100% refunded.
If there are legal requirements for participation in events at the time of the race (e.g. proof of a negative COVID-19 test), this must be provided by the participants (and crew/staff). If a participant/team is affected by entry restrictions or quarantine or if a participant tests positive, please notice that the entry fee cannot be refunded. As in previous years, a cancellation insurance will be strongly recommend.
